Mobility Scotland proud to win the prestigious BHTA Retailer of the Year 2024 Award
Mobility retailer Mobility Scotland has been announced as the BHTA National Retailer of the Year 2024 at the British Healthcare Trades Association awards ceremony.
Mobility Scotland beat several other shortlisted candidates to take the title and trophy back to its headquarters in Glasgow.
Its nomination emphasised its company objectives of “right, first time, every time” along with a commitment to value and building long-lasting customer relationships, with over 70 per cent of business coming from returning customer and referrals.
Billy Finnie, Operations Manager at Mobility Scotland, who has been with the company since its inception, expressed his delight at winning the coveted industry award. He stated, “This award and recognition is greatly appreciated and so well received – we will all be shouting loud and proud for a very long time.
“It also validates everything we do as a business and a team focused on consultative solution sales as we ensure that every world-class, transformational product we sell meets a genuine need for our customers.

This award marks an exciting new chapter for us.
